Today marks 3 years of living in Mozambique and 3 years of my relationship with Rico. I think most of you know the story by now. For those who do not, you can read all about how we met
here.
We are going out for a nice dinner, perhaps at Manjar dos Deuses to eat delicious grilled-at-your-table beef and fruit slices, or maybe at The Meat Co. for their Malva pudding, a toffee-chocolate dream.
This time next year we will be celebrating our first wedding anniversary!

Parabens!
I have a quick question. When you say the Pink House is your house, do you mean literally your house...Rico's house...? Because that is a seriously amazing house.
~Rachel - Yes, I mean literally the casa rosa is ours. My mom and I bought it in 2001 just before I left Rio. I think it will be amazing for the wedding reception!
ps - I hope you know that for some strange reason I am unable to comment on typepad blogs (only from my work computer, oddly enough), thus my general lack of voice over at yours!
that's weird. along those lines, brazil has threatened to ban wordpress. i forget why exactly.
what do you do with the house when you're not in Rio? i'll rent it! haha i wish.
